Love is the driving force in Christianity. The love of God for mankind brought Jesus to the world and the same
love took Him to Calvary for mankind. In demonstrating this love, the RCCG in all locations reach out to
their neighbouring communities to add value to their lives and make life easier and sweeter for them.
The entire charity efforts of the Mission are brought under His Love Foundation, an initiative being run under
the office of the Special Assistant to the General Overseer in charge of CSR (Christian Social Responsibility).
In this edition of your magazine, we feature the commissioning of a refurbished Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at
the Plateau State Specialist Hospital, Jos by our General Overseer, Pastor E. A. Adeboye. This was the second of
such gestures by the Mission through His Love Foundation. The first was that of the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH) Ikeja.
We spotlight the various CSR activities in RCCG with a special focus on the formidable efforts of Provinces in
Region 19, the First Born Family.
As we continue the journey of 2019, we are reminded on the Teach us to Profit page to learn to plan and save for the future “Investing and Saving for the Rainy Day.” Pastor E. A. Welcome to June, the concluding month of the first half of the year. It is the month of sings God’s praise as we continue to swim in His glory.
