In this edition of your Magazine, the General Overseer, Pastor E. A. Adeboye, on his sermon page, challenges us to have Great Expectations and open our hearts to the power of the Almighty God to do all things. This is an apt message for this season.

The year 2017 is few days to its end and this time provides an opportunity to review the journey so far. As a people, and as a Mission, we lift our Ebenezery and give praises to God for His faithfulness.

This November, the Holy Ghost Service has the theme: Victory Ahead. That, really, is an announcement of joy to the entire body of Christ which has been going through some tortuous experience globally. To individuals and family units, the theme offers hope for a new taste of life. It is a theme that would excite the oppressed and revive the battle-wearied, as well as those fainting under some heavy burdens. Victory Ahead is also a pointer to what the Lord, our God, is set to do between now and the 20th Holy Ghost Congress holding from Monday December 4 to Saturday December 11, 2017. The theme is Song of Victory.

At 88, Pastor Amos Olusanya popularly known as “king of boys” is still actively committed as a disciple to Jesus Christ. He still goes to Workers’ Meetings, carries out soul-winning and devotes quality time to prayer and intercession. On the Divine Encounter column, he shares the story of his encounter with Jesus and the difference Jesus has made in his life.

On the Redemption Light Youth pages, we feature among other things, a statement, a challenge and a question posed by Martin Luther-King, “Who says you can’t be A Youth, A Christian and a Politician?”
